Over the years War Memorials Trust has run conferences and workshops on a range of war memorial issues either independently or with partners. This page summaries some of those events. It includes events held for the Regional Volunteers for the charity from 2002-19 when the role ended with the focus moving to War Memorials Online.

Tuesday 14th November 2022 2pm Online 'Checking the condition of your local war memorial'
An online talk delivered as part of the War and Conflict SSN, managed by IWM.
8th November War memorial workshop, Llanelli, Wales
WMT hosted a half-day workshop at Llanelly House in Llanelli. The event covered an introduction to the charity, a guide to using War Memorials Online, www.warmemorialsonline.org.uk, details about grants and best conservation practice as well as a site visit to a local war memorial. It was delievered by the Public Engagement Officer, a Conservation Officer and Administrator. The Agenda can be viewed here.
