Dawlish RBL war memorial © Dawlish Royal British Legion 2009In 1990 The Royal British Legion dedicated a room in their hall to Dawlish personnel who died while fighting for their country. The room contains photos and war records of individuals who served in the First World War, Second World War, Falklands and other conflicts.

Management of the room is undertaken by the branch. However in 1999 major works to replace damaged windows was required. War Memorials Trust gave £50 towards the Branch’s fund raising in support of the project.Dawlish RBL war memorial © Dawlish Royal British Legion 2009
