Stratton-on-the-Fosse war memorial cross © Mr Alan Francis Graveley, 2010Stratton-on-the-Fosse war memorial stands on the corner of Church Road and Main Road (A367). The Doulting stone memorial consists of a base supporting a square plinth, tapered shaft and lantern cross with the figures of Christ and St Vigor in the Lantern. The plinth carries tablets upon which are inscriptions and names. The memorial is Grade II listed.

In 2001, a grant of £100 was given towards cleaning the memorial as the inscriptions had become illegible.
