Boston Spa war memorial comprises a two-stepped base surmounted by a buttressed plinth, sandstone column and ornately carved wheel cross. Bronze plaques to the front and side elevations of the plinth carry World War I and World War II dedications and the names of the 39 Fallen from these conflicts. The memorial is located on the North side of High Street between Stables Lane and Clifford Road in Boston Spa.
In 2022 this memorial received a War Memorials Trust grant of £2,030 from Grants for War Memorials scheme supported by Historic England. The construction joints were carefully raked out to remove loose and flaking mortar and then re-pointed using a lime mortar. Damaged areas of stone to the base were carefully cut out and new pieces of matching stone were indented to reinstate the original profile of the memorial.
The inscription reads: To the Glory of God the giver of all victory and to the imperishable memory of those men from this village who served and fell in The Great War 1914 – 1918; This Monument Is Dedicated 1939 - 1945
