Tettenhall war memorial comprises an ornate circular cross mounted on a column mounted onto octagonal stone and one-stepped wider base. Names featured on octagonal stone, engraved. The memorial is located in the churchyard of St. Michael and All Angels Church in Tettenhall Greens Conservation Area.

In 2021, the memorial received a grant of £10,450 towards conservation and repair works through Grants for War Memorials grant scheme. The memorial had been significantly damaged in the past and although repairs were carried out at the time, not all methods were appropriate. Some plastic repairs had failed and the cross had become significantly eroded and structurally compromised through water ingress. Works involved the exact replacement of the cross in red sandstone, localised cleaning and repair of stonework, and repointing of the memorial using lime mortar. The surrounding paving was replaced at the applicants expense.

The Tettenhall war memorial, erected in 1920 and carries the names of the fallen from World War I and World War II.

The inscription reads:
Remember Ye With Thanksgiving & With Honour Those Men Of/ Tettenhall Who Went Forth In The Service Of Their King And Country/ During The Years Of The Great War 1914-1918 & Returned Not Again/ (Names) And Those Who Followed/ During The Years Of The World War/ 1939-1945 (Names) (Names)
