The Brunner Mond and Co Works war memorial is a Grade II Listed tapering Portland stone obelisk with bronze wreath and pendant garland detail. It is located within a small garden area in Middlewich, Cheshire which was originally enclosed by railings and a gate which have at some time been removed. The memorial is grade II listed.

In 2019, a grant of £790 was awarded through War Memorials Trust Grants Scheme. It supported repair and conservation works which included steam cleaning, re-pointing the memorial joints in lime mortar and repairing damaged areas to the paving.

The memorial was designed by Darcy Braddell who had been commissioned by Brunner Mond, who made soda ash for the cotton industry, to design memorials for each of there works and offices. It is recorded that during World War I, the company manufactured half the high explosives used by Britain. The Middlewich memorial was unveiled in 1921 by Roscoe Brunner, the son of John Brunner who was one of the founding members of the company. The memorial inscription was extended to also commemorate the fallen from World War II.

The inscriptions on the memorial read:

"To the glorious memory
of the men from these
works who fell in the
Great War 1914 to 1919"

"World War 1939 to 1945"
