Princethorpe Cemetery war memorial is a timber Calvary cross with a plaster figure of Christ set on a stone base, with a sandstone plaque featuring the inscription. It is located at Princethorpe Cemetery on Leamington Road.

In 2018, a grant of £3,750 was awarded through the Grants for War Memorials scheme supported by the First World War Memorials Programme and Historic England. It supported repair and conservation works which included the removal of the decayed oak cross. A new oak cross was  manufactured and a preservation treatment applied before it was installed. The plaque and figure of Christ were both removed from site for careful cleaning before being returned. Works to the base of the memorial began with the plinth stones being numbered to ensure that they would be relaid in the correct position. A new stone support for the plaque was created to ensure the plaque would not slip downwards in the future. The loose stones were then relaid. SmartWater was also applied to the war memorial as part of the In Memoriam 2014 project seeking to deter the theft of metal from war memorials.

The memorial was unveiled on 18th September 1922.

The inscription on the memorial reads:

“To the undying memory
of the men
of the Princethorpe Parish
who made
the supreme sacrifice
for King & Country
in the Great War
1914-1918

May they rest in peace”
