The Grade II listed Leominster war memorial is located within Grange Park, Leominster. The memorial consists of a tapering limestone plinth on a two stepped base. On top of the plinth is a bronze sculpture of winged victory holding a torch in her raised right hand.

In 2018 a grant of £5,000 was awarded through the War Memorials Trust grant scheme. The project was to clean the stone plinth and bronze sculpture using an appropriate steam cleaning method. Following the cleaning the bronze had a micro crystalline wax layer applied to help protect it from further weathering. In addition, the memorial was repointed using lime mortar and the inscriptions were repainted.

The memorial was designed by local sculptor William G Storr-Barber and was unveiled by John Stanhope Arkwright on 17 August 1922. The memorial had a dedication for the Second World War added later.
