Spalding war memorial is situated in Ayscoughfee Gardens, Spalding, Lincolnshire. The memorial, located in the Ayscoughfee Gardens, comprises a stone of remembrance set in a Doric temple. Only World War I names are engraved on the memorial. World War II is commemorated with dates on the front face of the Stone of Remembrance, alongside the dates of World War I.

In 2019, a grant of £630 was offered through War Memorials Trust Grants Scheme towards a condition survey and report with recommendations to inform necessary conservation and repair works which was undertaken by a conservation-accredited professional advisor.

It was designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and built by Hodson Ltd. The memorial was unveiled on 8th June 1922.
