Kelty and District war memorial is located on station road outside Kelty Bowling Club. The memorial consists of a stepped base surmounted by a square plinth. On top of the plinth is a sculpture of a soldier. The memorial sits within an area enclosed by metal railings.

In 2017 a grant offer of £3,230 was made through the Centenary Memorials Restoration Fund. The grant was for works to hand clean and repoint the memorial, repaint the railings and repoint the surround paving.

The figure of the soldier was created by Mr William Birnie Rhind RSA and was unveiled on 26th November 1921.
