Beaudesert Boys School war memorial plaque © Charly Fitzpatrick, 2010Beaudesert School war memorial is on display in the Royal British Legion Club in Leighton Buzzard. It is a plaque commemorating the First World War. It was originally in the school until it became closed and was demolished in the 1970s. It was then taken care of by the local Town Council first in their offices and later in a locked shed at the local town cemetery grounds.

War Memorials Trust gave £500 in 2004 towards the restoration and replacement of pieces, making a new framework and mounting the refurbished memorial in its new location.

There are 94 names listed who attended the school.
