Chartham war memorial window © J. E. Day, 2011The stained glass war memorial window depicts a soldier holding forth a sword. The inscription "Faith with courage" is engraved at the foot of the window. It was originally erected in St Augustine's Chapel in Chartham, Kent.

In 2005 a project was undertaken to repair the window, stabalise fractures, lightly clean the glass and add a light box.  War Memorials Trust supported this work with a grant of £400.

When St Augustine's Chapel was sold to developers for conversion to residential flats, the war memorial window was relocated to St Mary's Church in Chartham.
