Paulerspury war memorial is located at St James Church and is formed of a stepped base, plinth and Calvary cross. The base and plinth are made of stone, while the Calvary cross is timber. The inscriptions on the memorial are painted on the plinth and commemorate the men of Paulerspury who fell in the First and Second World Wars.
In 2014, War Memorials Trust offered a grant of £950 towards the conservation and repair of the memorial. Some of the steps had eroded and the works included the replacement of these five steps using matching stone of the same type and proportions, in addition to re-pointing all open joints using a lime mortar.
The inscription on the memorial reads:
"Erected by Ella Harrison to
the memory of the men of
Paulerspury who fell in the
Great War for God king and
country.
1914-1918
(names)
