Charndon war memorial © Charndon PC, 2013This memorial consists of a stone block, which was once the lintel for the main entrance to the United Reformed Church Bicester, which has now been demolished. The memorial stands in the grounds of Chardon Community Centre.

In 2013 War Memorials Trust offered a grant of £247 towards sharpening up of the lettering.

The inscription reads:

In glorious remembrance of
those who served and fell in
