Dromore war memorial stands in Market Square. It rememebrs those who partcipated in both World Wars. The memorial was dedicated in September 1926.
In 2006 a decision was made locally to add the names of 65 men from Dromore who served in the First World War but were not recorded on the memorial. A new bronze plaque in keeping with the design of those already attached to the memorial was added. War Memorials Trust contribued £1,500 to the project.
