Fulbrook war memorial is a Taynton limestone cross which stands on an inscribed plinth on a three-stepped base. The memorial site is slightly lowered from the road within a stone perimeter. The memorial stands at the junction of Meadow End and Shipton Road (A361).
In 2006, the Small Grants Scheme awarded £1,500 towards steam cleaning of the memorial, repairs to the stonework using lime mortar, the application of a sheltercoat, installation of a drain and renovations to the wall, step and pavement.
In 2017 a grant of £3,190 was made through War Memorials Trust Grants Scheme towards works to clean the memorial using steam cleaning. Repairs to damaged stone were carried out using stone indents to match the original Portland limestone and the memorial's construction joints were repointed using lime mortar.
The memorial was erected in 1922 funded by a collection in the village. Originally sited on a grass mound, roadss eventually appeared on both sides of the memorial leading to the creation of an enclosed site in 1955.
