Leicester Glen Parva war memorial hall © D. S. Kenyon, 2010Glen Parva War Memorial Hall stands on Dorothy Avenue as a memorial to the fallen of World War II. Within the hall a roll of honour is displayed.

In 2001, War Memorials Trust contributed £200 towards a project which completely refurbished the hall to enable it to continue to operate and fulfill its dual functions as a community hall and a means of remembering the sacrifice of the fallen.

The inscription on the dedicatory roll of honour reads:
