Elsham war memorial stands in the churchyard opposite the West door of All Saints Church. The granite wheeled cross stands on a plinth and two-stepped base. The inscription is in black lettering on two sides of the plinth.
In 2002, War Memorials Trust gave £100 towards a project to clean and re-letter the memorial.
The memorial was erected in 1923 to commemorate the fallen of World War I.
The inscription on the base of the cross reads:
"For all time
and in proud memory
of the men of Elsham
who laid down their lives
for their King and country
in the Great War
1914-1918"
