Elsham war memorial stands in the churchyard opposite the West door of All Saints Church. The granite wheeled cross stands on a plinth and two-stepped base.  The inscription is in black lettering on two sides of the plinth.

In 2002, War Memorials Trust gave £100 towards a project to clean and re-letter the memorial.
