Offenham war memorial stands in the grounds of St Mary and St Millburgh Church on Main Street. The stone cross is supported by a square plinth which stands on a three stepped base.
War Memorials Trust contributed £400 in 2004 towards the cleaning of the war memorial and re-cutting and re-painting of the lettering.
The inscription reads:

who gave their lives
serving their Country
during the Great Wars
1914-1919
1939-1945
