Wilbarston war memorial © Wilbarston Parish Council, 2004Wilbarston war memorial cross stands in the churchyard of All Saints Church which is a Grade II* listed building. The limestone cross stands on a three step base and plinth and has a carved figure of Christ crucified on the front. The plinth is inscribed with the names of the Fallen.

In 2004 War Memorials Trust offered a grant of £300 towards the cleaning of the memorial with water and soft bristle brushes, re-cutting and re-painting of lettering where necessary.

The memorial was listed at Grade II in August 2007 following an application by War Memorials Trust. This provides statutory protection for the memorial and ensures any work proposed for the memorial in the future must receive approval.

The inscription on the memorial reads:

memory of the men of Wilbarston
who gave their lives for their country
in the Great War 1914 – 1919
