This memorial comprises a bronze memorial plaque with a decorative border surround and wreath motifs; the lettering of the dedication and names is depicted in black and red. The memorial commemorates the men of the church and parish who lost their lives in World War I and is wall-mounted in all Saints Church Shooters Hill in London.

In 2018 War Memorials Trust gave a grant of £1,190 towards conservation works to remove dirt and deposits which had built up on the bronze surface. Careful works to the surface also reduce and stabilise areas of corrosion accepting that some damaged areas would remain dark to reflect the history of the memorial. Damaged lettering was repainted in red and black paint to match original design. A layer of protective wax was applied to the memorial surface following works to engravings.

The memorial was located in the original All Saints Shooter Hill Church (erected c.1881) prior to its destruction by enemy bombing in 1944. The plaque was salvaged and eventually kept in the boiler room of the new church built in 1957.

The inscription reads:
To The Glory Of God and in Honour of the Men of this Church and Parish Who laid down their lives during the Great War Roll Of Honour Thine O Lord is the Victory/ names
