Little Gransden war memorial stands in the churchyard of St Peter and St Paul. The Celtic cross is made from light grey granite. St Peter and St Paul Church is a grade II* listed building.
A grant of £250 was awarded towards the cost of cleaning, re-pointing and re-lettering the cross. In addition a condition suvrvey was completed.
The memorial inscription reads:
