Blackwater war memorial before work © War Memorials Trust, 2005Blackwater war memorial cross is made of granite surrounding which is a chain is supported by concrete posts.  It stands outside Passmore Edwards Hall in Truro.

War Memorials Trust gave £250 towards repair works to the Blackwater War Memorial. The money went towards cleaning the memorial, digging out and re-levelling the granite posts and renewing the surrounding cement.
