Mold war memorial after work © Mold Town Council 2006Mold Cenotaph is located on Bailey Hill. It is constructed of granite with lead lettering.

War Memorials Trust gave a grant of £250 in 2005 towards repairs to the memorial which included re-lettering and cleaning.

The memorial records 108 who fell in World War 1, 48 from World War II and 1 who fell in the Cyrus Emergency in 1958.

The inscription on the memorial reads:

To the immortal
honour of the men

hereon inscribed
who fell in
the Great War
this memorial
is dedicated in
proud and grateful
recognition
by
the town of Mold

They gave their best
so we our best should give
