St Thomas on the Bourne war memorial after works © St Thomas on the Bourne Parochial Church Council, 2015St Thomas on the Bourne war memorial is a wheel cross made of Penryn granite. The memorial is twenty three feet tall and has a square base and plinth, with a square shaft featuring a carved floral pattern on the front face. The memorial is situated within the churchyard of St Thomas on the Bourne on Frensham Road in Farnham, Surrey. St Thomas on the Bourne war memorial commemorates the fallen from the First and Second World Wars, with carved commemorative inscriptions on the base and plinth of the front face. The names of the fallen are listed on the other three faces of the memorial in raised lead lettering.

In 2014 a grant of £1,500 was offered through the Small Grants Scheme towards improving the legibility of the commemorative inscriptions St Thomas on the Bourne war memorial before works © C Gilbert, 2012and names on the memorial. The memorial was cleaned with water and the raised lead letters were re-painted with black enamel paint.

Mr H.C. Falkner designed the memorial and E. Spargo from Penryn carved it. The memorial was unveiled and dedicated on 22 May 1921, with Lt.-Gen. Sir E.R. Elles performing the unveiling.
