St Martin's Parishioners war memorial after © St Martin's PCC 2014St Martin's Parishioners war memorial is located at St Martin’s Church and takes the form of a wheel cross. The memorial is composed of a roughhewn plinth, shaft and wheel cross. The inscriptions are painted on the bottom of the shaft and plinth and commemorate the fallen of the First World War. The memorial is in a conservation area.

In 2014, War Memorials Trust offered a grant of £270 towards restoring the lettering on the memorial. The inscriptions had become difficult to read, so the works included the removal of defective paint from the lead lettering and repainting them using black oil based paint to match the original.
