Coombe Bissett war memorial is located at St Michael and All Angels Church and is formed of a four-stepped base, plinth, tapering shaft and Latin cross. The inscriptions are painted on the plinth and steps and commemorate the fallen of the First and Second World Wars. The memorial is in a conservation area.
In 2014, War Memorials Trust offered a grant of £1,000 towards the conservation and repair of the memorial. Works included cleaning the memorial using natural bristle brushes and low pressure water, careful removal of loose mortar and re-pointing open joints with a lime based mortar, repair of the eroded area of the shaft and re-painting the lettering using oil based paint.
