Bourne Lodge war memorial was previously located in Oddfellows Hall, Boscombe, before the hall was demolished in 1987. It was then held in storage until 2010 when it was relocated to the nearby St Andrew’s Church on FlorenBourne Lodge war memorial before grant works © S. Grayson, 2009ce Road. The memorial is a wooden board with the insignia of the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows. The board contains the names of those from Bourne Lodge who lost their lives during the First World War as well as a dedication to those who served in the Second World War.

In 2009, a grant of £75.00 was offered through the Small Grants Scheme toward repair works. These works were necessary as elements of the memorial had become loose or detached and the surface was stained and discoloured. Any loose mouldings and steel screws were dismantled, and these were re-fixed with brass screws. A waterproof adhesive was then used to repair split joints and the board was cleaned using gentle abrasive methods, such as sanding, and finished with an appropriate wax.

The memorial was constructed by the joiner-caretaker of the Loyal Bourne Lodge of the Manchester Unity of Oddfellows in the 1920s. A rededication service was held on the 10th August 2010 conducted by the Reverend Bob Leigh and attended by members of the Loyal Brownsea Lodge of Oddfellows.
