Royal Naval Division war memorial on Horseguards © WMT 2003The Royal Naval Division memorial stands on Horseguards in Westminster, outside the Admiralty Building. It is a water fountain, on a square plinth, constructed of an obelisk from which water issues. On the base of the memorial are badges of different units alongside an inscription.

War Memorials Trust gave £2,000 towards a relocation project in 2003. The memorial was originally placed in Horseguards, unveiled by Winston S Churchill on 23rd April 1925. During the Second World war it was placed in storage for its own protection. In 1951, it was re-erected in Greenwich. In 2003, a campaign lead to it being returned to Horseguards where it was re-dedicated by HRH Prince Michael of Kent on the 13th November.
