Henton war memorial © Chinnor PC, 2013This war memorial consists of a Latin cross on a hexagonal base and plinth all constructed of limestone. The memorial is located on the Main Road, Henton, Chinnor.

In 2013 War Memorials Trust offered a grant of £592 towards cleaning of the memorial using low pressure steam cleaning to remove algae and moss and mortar repairs to the friable areas of stone and water traps on the steps of the memorial.

The memorial was constructed after the First World War, year unknown, withthe names of the fallen from World War II being added later to a separate inscription panel fitted into the base.
