The hamlet of Grafham, near Bramley, Surrey has a war memorial tablet on the outside of St Andrew's Church.
In 1999, conservation work was required on the memorial as the inscription was fading. In addition, the absence of the name of a World War II soldier had been identified and the community wished to add his name to the memorial. War Memorials Trust gave £100 towards the cost of re-painting the inscriptions and etching a new inscription.
The inscription and names on the memorial reads:
