Condition survey

The physical condition of war memorials varies greatly. If your local war memorial is in good condition, we do not need to know about it! Unfortunately, we do not have the space to store general information about all war memorials. If you have any interesting historical information about the war memorial, check whether it is of interest to the UK National Inventory of War Memorials.

However, if you are concerned about the condition, you can contact us in a number of ways:

• Complete the online form which enables you to provide us with all the relevant information. Please note that a valid e-mail address is required.
• Download the helpsheet, print out, complete and send.
